Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days.

Some products are made to order and may require additional production time. In these cases, orders may take up to 10 business days to be dispatched, depending on current demand.

If there are any significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We offer flat-rate shipping throughout New Zealand.

$8 flat-rate shipping

Free shipping on orders over $99

 

Ordering Multiple Items

We do not offer combined shipping on separate orders. If you would like your items shipped together, please ensure everything is included in a single order at checkout.

 

Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier network and your location.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
