Age Recommendations

Unless otherwise stated, our products are recommended for children aged 3 years and over.

Some products contain small parts that may present a choking hazard for younger children.

Adult supervision is recommended when products are being used by young children.

 

Small Parts Warning

Many 3D printed products contain small pieces, moving parts, or detachable components.

These items are not suitable for children under 3 years of age and should be kept out of reach of babies and toddlers.

 

Product Care

3D printed products are durable but are not indestructible.

To help keep your items in good condition:

~ Avoid excessive force, bending, or twisting.

~ Keep products away from open flames and heat sources.

~ Do not leave products in hot vehicles or direct sunlight for extended periods, as high temperatures may cause warping or damage.

~ Store products in a cool, dry place when not in use.

 

Cleaning & Care

To clean your 3D Haven products, simply wipe them with a soft damp cloth and allow them to air dry.

Do not place products in the dishwasher, washing machine, or soak them in hot water, as high temperatures may cause warping or damage.

Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaning products, as these may affect the finish of the item.

 

Not Intended for Chewing

Our products are designed for play, sensory use, collecting, and display.

They are not intended to be chewed, bitten, or placed in the mouth. If you are purchasing for a child who mouths or chews objects, please ensure appropriate supervision is provided.

 

Inspect Products Regularly

Please check products regularly for signs of wear or damage.

If an item becomes broken, cracked, or develops loose pieces, discontinue use immediately and dispose of it safely.

 

About PLA

Most 3D Haven products are printed using PLA filament.

PLA is a plant-based plastic made from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane. It is widely used in 3D printing and offers a lower environmental impact than many traditional petroleum-based plastics.

While PLA is durable and suitable for everyday use, it should still be treated with care and disposed of responsibly when it reaches the end of its life.

 

Product Variations

Due to the nature of 3D printing, small variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur between products. Minor layer lines are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
